Terms of Service

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.



PRINTABLE FILES, USAGE AGREEMENT:

The purchase of any CreativeRobins digital printable comes with a non-exclusive limited use license that the Buyer may use the printable for their sole personal use only. You agree to these terms by completing the transaction.

CreativeRobins remains the sole and exclusive owner and holder of the copyright of the design. Purchase does not transfer rights.

The Buyer may not otherwise alter, edit, manipulate, sell, loan, transfer or give away the printable or otherwise allow a third-party to use the printable in any way.

In Simple Terms:

You CAN:
1. Print as many copies of a printable as you want for your sole personal use.
2. Save the file to a USB Drive to get a JPG file printed as a photo or a PDF file printed at a local print shop.
3. For an Invitation: Email a JPG invitation to friends and family for the purpose of inviting them to your event.

You CANNOT:
1. Share the printable file(s) with anyone via email, USB, or any other means.
2. Upload the file(s) online.
3. Give the impression to anyone that you created/designed the printable file(s).
4. Sell or give the printable file(s) to anyone else.
5. Sell printed copies of the printable file(s) to anyone.
6. Use the printable file(s) or printed copies of the file(s) in giveaways.
7. Edit, manipulate or alter the file(s) in any way, except for your private, personal, non-commercial use.
8. Use the printable file(s) for ANY commercial use or products for sale.
